BFM: Excessive Wing Rock

Hi Guys,

 

So, I've been spending the night with Mighty Wings being piped through my Rift's headphones whilst I engage some F5s over Nevada only to realise during the mission replays that I'm rocking the wings a crazy amount to counter the wing rock that's educed from high AoA manoeuvres.

 

Is this something that can be 'fixed' by simply backing off of the controls (ie not pulling on the stick so hard) when engaged in BFM/ACM or do I need to turn off SAS etc?
