britgliderpilot Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 Gear hatch for example.. its invisible from the other side of the mesh planes and polys are only one sided.. is there a solution to this?.. Make it a very thin closed box rather than a single plate? The one textured side will remain on the outside . . . . Just guessing, I don't do any 3D modelling . . . http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v121/britgliderpilot/BS2Britgliderpilot-1.jpg
thesystem Posted August 11, 2007 Posted August 11, 2007 Yes, convert it to polygone, and then CAP it....this do you do by selecting the object, right click convert to poly. Then you can select to edit it by polygone, spline and some other stuff. You need to get the third option. Then click on the object and press the cap button.:smilewink:Hope i explaned it enough else i will post a screenshot 1 DCS World, A10C, AV8B, M2k, FA18C, FC3, MIG21
