TWS option in jester menu

Hi, ive got a simple question, when i use jester command to TWS target 2 for example, its going to TWS or STT? TID symbology looks like STT and yesterday when i fired AIM54 over 25 miles against player in M2K on deck, he started maneuvering righ after missile lauch (me and squadron mates tested pitbull range of 54 and its about 5.8-6 miles so missile was off atm). So iam worried if TWS 2 is commad for locking target 2 in TWS or its going to sellect target 2 already in TWS and STT it. Thanks for reply in advance.

It's a command for STT locking target 2. You don't need to do anything to command a TWS 'lock' - Jester does that automatically, the numbers to the right are missile priority order. If you did nothing except fired two missiles, the second one would have targeted target 2.

Thanks a lot but what if i want to shooot first on target with number 2? For example, there are 2 planes hot on me, M2K is closer so it will have 1 and SU27 is further with 2 but su27 is using ER's with much greater range than 530 so i want to focus on Su-27 and engage M2K with Aim-7's later

Your only option with Jester is to STT lock the Su-27, engage him and then try looking for the M2K once the 27 is dead. Personally, I'd probably just fire a Phoenix at them both. If you had a human RIO you could get him to change the priority order and put the Su-27 first, but Jester is a lot more limited.

Jester doesn't do that. It's the AWG-9 itself that does that automatically ;)

The RIO has a "Next Launch" button which he can use to shift the number 1 launch priority from one target to another. I don't know if you can order Jestre to push that button.

Oh, thanks guys, it would be nice to have option in rio menu for switching target priority, its quite necessary thing in BVR, especially in MP.
