[No Bug] Jester talking during radio calls

At the moment, Jester is start talking during radio calls.

This is some real rude behavor. Would you mind to tell him to check for an ongoing radio call before he starts talking? (Else it would be really urgent)

Thanks for the suggestion. I think this may be impossible, because we may be unable to access the DCS radio voice stream. We'll verify this, and if possible, we'll teach Jester to be more patient with his comms.
