Airhunter
What does the switch do in AUX instead of the (forward) ON position? Couldn't find anything in the manual.
Sealpup
AUX is for Link 4C fighter to fighter datalink. Per the manual, under 'Link 4 Controls': The third switch (3) controls power and operational mode of the Link 4. ON turns on and enables the Link 4A data link, OFF disables the system and AUX enables the Link 4C data link.
Airhunter
I see, do I not receive tagets/HAFU's/friendlies on Link4A from other Tomcats otherwise?
Sealpup
Correct. Although, the other Tomcats need to be in your flight at the moment. There are parts of your Link 4 address that are automatically set based on flight, that currently you cannot alter yourself.
