[REPORTED]Vaicom Fug 16 switch bug

Hello,

 

There is a bug with 109 when using Vaicom.

The fug 16 switch on right panel switch off automaticaly (sometimes it take 5 seconds sometimes it take 1 minute).

 

I contact Vaicom about that but they answered me that can't be modified from them :

Thanks for contacting us. There appears to be a bug in the 109 module to do with the way it deals with external input commands.

Unfortunately this is not something that can be solved by the VAICOM PRO plugin, it needs to be addressed by the module developers.

As a workaround if you're on Easy Comms On you can try if Off works better or the other way around.

Note : Vaicom team answer to me to place easy com to off but it don't work. This video is made without easy com.
