BUG report marking question

What is the difference between "fixed" and "fixed internally" when referring to a reported bug?

Fixed indicates it should be fixed in a pubic version of DCS World (at least the OB)

 

Fixed Internaly indicates it is fixed in the internal development build, but in public build yet.
