SuperSix2 Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 Hey, So my 7 year old Warthog has finally had something go wrong with it. The pinky button has stopped working and I’ve gone ahead and emailed TM for support. Is there any chance they mH sell me just a new Warthog Stick but with no base? I don’t mind supporting them but I don’t need a new base at all. I only ask this because I’d soldering is required I’m in no real position to do that. Thanks for any help!

hansangb Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Two likely things are: Switch died. Or cable to the switch or the PCB came off. You'd have to open it up to see if it's the latter. And would need a multimeter to check for continuity on the well being of the stick. I know you said you're not in a position to solder, so I'm thinking the the above is out of bounds as well? I hope they send you a new stick. hsb HW Spec in Spoiler --- i7-10700K Direct-To-Die/OC'ed to 5.1GHz, MSI Z490 MB, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz, EVGA 2080 Ti FTW3, NVMe+SSD, Win 10 x64 Pro, MFG, Warthog, TM MFDs, Komodo Huey set, Rverbe G1
SuperSix2 Posted March 28, 2019 Author Posted March 28, 2019 I’ve taken it apart last year and replaced a trigger spring. So I’m capable of unplugging and plugging but if soldering is required I’ve never done it and I don’t think my wife would appreciate me doing that in the apartment haha. I’m out on work but I got a reply to send them a video with the issue.
