Jak525 Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 So I get the point of entering a time on target. Designate a waypoint as the TGT, enter your desired TOT, and the HSI tells you how fast you need to go to get to that waypoint at that time. But what's the purpose of manually entering your groundspeed to a waypoint? This doesn't seem to have much use, unless I'm missing something.
gekoiq Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 if you enter your intended speed for your TGT point (how fast you want/need to be flying to make your attack properly) it will adjust your speeds for the previous waypoints so that you can be at TGT X at Time Y going Z kts.

Thanks!
Razi Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 Just tested it again and GSPD is still bugged though. See here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=232012
coldViPer Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 Is it possible to set TOT for all waypoints ie. on the ground before take off? How? Tried and it only accept one waypoint TOT at a time. Razi Posted April 3, 2019 Posted April 3, 2019 In the Hornet, TOT is set for only one waypoint (TGT) in a sequence. In other words you cannot set more than one waypoint as TGT. Also note that the REQD GS is calculated from the currently selected waypoint to the TGT in order to reach the TGT at the TOT.
