you cant download the software from the lockon.ru page or whats the problem ?

 

usually you have to login on the page and then you should be able to find the download links.

 

alternative route for the program itself could be http://www.virtual-jabog32.de - afaik they host the programs.

I did exactly this

But in the transaction history, there is no trace of my order :cry: so I don't have acces to the download > files section to download flamming cliff.

I've got the same prob as lonewolf1 claimed above. I've bouhgt 'Flaming cliffs' online and received a mail with a unique ref., but I'm not able to download the software! Under 'payment's nothing can be seen. What's the problem here?

It may be easier for ED to track your issue if you create a new thread about it , instead of posting in an existing one. As you can see, there are a number of users experiencing a service delay.
