BFT01 Arming the ejection seat before taxiing is incorrect

The official documentation as well as the amplified checklist provided with this DLC states that the ejection seat is armed before takeoff - not during the engine startup phase before taxiing. Arming the ejection seat before taxiing is simply wrong and inherently unsafe. However, the IP checks for arming the ejection seat before taxiing.
