Wali763 Posted May 11, 2019 Posted May 11, 2019 Im not certain, if this is a DCS or F-14-bug, but my uneducated guess is F-14. Anyway, its just optical, still it "hurt" my eyes.... I took this printscreen on the first PG-F-14-misson (reactor-strike in Iran) on coming back to the carrier. In the pic you can see, that that haze on the horizon is going over the metal-canopy-frame. Looks strange and is for sure not correct.
Wali763 Posted May 14, 2019 Author Posted May 14, 2019 During some a short mission set up in the mission editor I found the same effect again. See pic. When I unchecked the dust-smoke checkbox low down in the weather-tab the effect was gone. BTW: the mirrors show the wrong weather too. It looks like I came from a sunny place, but actually it was all 8/8 cloudcover with only little light and some rain just like the area ahead.....
Moafuleum Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 Reported already multiple times. However, I was told that it is a DCS bug
