T50 base squeaking

I love my T50 base with 100mm extension but it is now making a squeaking sound in the pitch axis. Best fix? I assume I need to be careful with wd40 or whatever because of the circuit board?

I have heard of some kind lubrication. You definitely need the experts to chime in before you do anything.

Don't see why an electrical grease wouldn't work
