[FIXED] Nevada 'Ready on the Ramp' doesn't show because of typo

The Ready on the Ramp Nevada Instant Action mission doesn't show up in the GUI menu as there is a spelling mistake in the 'quickstart.lua' file. Says 'NNevada FA-18C Ready....' rather than 'Nevada FA-18C Ready...'.
