[NOT A BUG] JDAM alignment restarts when deselected/reselected

Hi,

 

Not sure if a bug or not however if you are using JDAM and 'deselect' them on the stores page and 'reselect' them - the alignment process countdown clock will restart.

 

If this process is similar to alignment of a Plane INS alignment - then I would not expect it to restart.

 

Track file attached simply showing me taking off, selecting JDAM and toggling them on and off to show the countdown clock resetting.

That is exactly how both JDAM's and JSOW's function in the real jet.

 

Rule 1.16 means I can't prove it but I assure you that's how it is IRL.

Hi,

 

when changing weapon type on store page, and then, go back to JSA or JSC page, countdown will restart from 10:00, why ?
