Nomex gloves for VR hand controllers?

Hi everyone, currently in DCS we have a black leather texture for virtual pilot hands (in VR).

Maybe someone could point me to the texture file that can be edited to repaint them into USAF nomex gloves, or maybe even better, maybe such mod already exist?

This mod is great! I use the green Nomex Gloves version.

 

However, it appears it is not allowed to use this texture by the multiplayer validation checker.

 

If ED team is watching, can you guys make this mod pass the multiplayer validation checker?
