I think so. J-11A might not be as modern as the Su-27SM, but it is more modern than the standard Su-27S.

J-20 Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 We can use Russian EWR and AWACS and have working datalink on J-11A MFI-55 Awhile back, I remember seeing this guy talking to the Deka team on their facebook page. He showed us some photos which indicated that the J-11A has another MFD on top of the old one. When the Deka team saw those photos, they claims that the new MFD is actually a GPS display. I had saved those photos, please have a look.
