The insane lagging is because of the oldstyle 3500+ with 2048 ddr1 RAM. I used Sony Vegas 7.0

I wonder: How is possible to slow down one the many clips i use to make the film, and let the others run on normal speed?

You talking about in-game? If so;

ALT-A slows down - CTRL-A speeds up - SHIFT-A returns to normal speed.

In vegas, right click on the clip on the timline, select "properties" and look for "playback rate". Default is "1.000". Change this to "2.000" and you will double the speed. Change it to "0.500" and you have slow motion.

Personaly my config is very poor ( Athlon XP2200+ @1.8Ghz, Abit NF7-S, 1Go DDR1 PC 3200, ATI Radeon 9500pro) and Fraps is forbiden for me, even if i slow down the track.

But to get a fluid and not lagged video i used the ED internal recorder tool which is amazing !!! It is a little bit longer but you can set clipping and LOD @ high values and release some very nice and not lagged scenes.
