Captain Orso Posted July 16, 2019 Posted July 16, 2019 Since a few weeks the hundredths of the minutes of a map point are -- or can be -- displayed. Maybe it's a brain fart on my part, but didn't I see somewhere that in the Harrier they can now be entered into a waypoint through the UFC? Can anyone tell me the method of entering the hundredths of the minutes and confirming that they were correctly entered? Many t(h)anks in advance ;) When you hit the wrong button on take-off System Specs. Britchot Posted July 17, 2019 Posted July 17, 2019 Isn't the DDD° MM' SS" entered into the UFC convert to DDD° MM.mmm' when displayed on the EHSD Data page? I'm still longing for UTM/MGRS waypoint entries! Captain Orso Posted July 17, 2019 Author Posted July 17, 2019 I'm not sure. IIRC it had something to do with setting things up for JDAM's, which the Harrier is supposed to get when ED has them ready, I guess after they got them working correctly in the Hornet.
