Can't get JOY_BTN15 on Warthog HOTAS to work anywhere in DCS

Even though the press is recognised and assigned correctly in Controls, my throttle button JOY_BTN15 (back of the left throttle) just doesn't do anything in any module in DCS no matter what I bind it to.

Any ideas?

Perfectly fine in the Joystick control panel and in DCS controls. So when I press the button to assign a control, it is recognised fine at all times, but in-game, it doesn't do anything.

Had the same problem, perhaps not that exact button but with a couple at least. Only way I got it to work is by mapping the command in DCS to a key or keycombo on the keyboard and then use TARGET to map that to the button on the HOTAS.

Thanks for that. However, I don’t use TARGET in DCS.

I’m sure it used to work ok!
