"Real" T16000M HOTAS pilot profile

Since I moved from HOTAS X last week this is my attempt at making my new T16000 HOTAS bindings as close to RL as possible. Due to hardware differences this of course comes with some creative interpretation to keep it functional but many buttons/switches are exactly where they are IRL. Made an exception for some that are added inspite they are not on a RL HOTAS (VSL/PLM, Jester menu, flaps).

Combat mission tested :)

Yeah, no gear or hook control on HOTAS for me.

Omitted master ligth switch as rarely used and reaching for "L" is not a problem.

As noted VSL/PLM is not on RL HOTAS but added for functionality as they are essential and very close to RL throttle quadrant.

Flaps lever is used since it is put to good use here.

Jester menu is in the place of real "Comm both" hat up - very convenient.

The DLC wheel works perfectly well during traps.

Don't have rudder pedals.

I use monitor and custom TiR for view and zoom.

If anyone wants a .diff.lua file to load my profile quickly I can upload it.
