"Takeoff from Ground" parking option

Anybody know how to make this option available for normal aircraft? As far as I understand it, this isn't possible for FC3 aircraft, but what about other modules?

 

I thought it might be the "bigParkingRamp" variable in the aircraft specific luas, but it doesn't seem to do anything.
