Super Hornet != Legacy Hornet

The Super Hornet flight manual states that aerobraking is not required, but it does not explicitly prohibit it as long as specific parameters are met (guidelines stated in A1-F18EA-NFM-000 on III-7-42).

Flaring technique was previously discussed in another thread. Even Lex himself stated that you can flare the landing if desired but be prepared for the idle to still be in flight idle, as NATOPS says.

Addendum: I stand corrected. Both Lex and Mover chimed in.
