F-86 smoke pods and low clouds bug

When using the smoke pods on a server with clouds at 2k will cause the clouds to start flashing. It looks like the darker section of the clouds are the part that is flashing.

I'm not sure but I think it is what we call "z-fighting". It's a bug on smokes since - - uh, I don't remember the date. Very very very old bug - still there.
