[REPORTED]Radio problem

Hi! I'm new here but I've discovered a problem sometimes with a radio in a Hornet. Everything's described in this video, also the way how you can fix it temporarily. But I'd like to know if the radio is working fine and I'm operating it wrong or maybe radio indeed has some problems. Let me know. Never had that problem. I’m guessing it’s a mod issue.
