Select Speed for Tankers

Can you add functionality to the tankers so that we can request the tankers to speed up or slow down?

 

 

It's not such an issue in the fast jets, but with aircraft like the A-10 it would be very useful to ask tankers to reduce speed to a set number.

Indeed. But more useful, and more accurate, would be for the tankers to set their speed based on the receiver aircraft type automatically. Optimum speeds for tankers and receiver combinations are in the publicly available NATO ATP-56.
