[RESOLVED]NWS problem

Today I found when I press the NWS button to make it HI, the symbol on the hud disappears, & I can't steer at all. Didn't see anything else on this so maybe it's just my setup.

From the manual

 

Nose wheel Steering. Disengages commanded nose wheel steering. If the high mode is desired during taxi, press and hold the nosewheel steering button. If the wings are folded and NWS is engaged, high gain mode is entered by pressing and releasing the NWS button. If the nosewheel steering system fails, NWS and FCS are displayed on the DDI as cautions, the MASTER CAUTION light comes on, and the NWS or NWS HI display is removed from the HUD. When failed, the nosewheel steering system reverts to a free swivelling mode.

Hi, here is a trk, please tell me what you see. Wings are up, I taxi normally, press the nws button, no more steering.

I can see the behaviour you describe in your track.

 

However If I take control it all seems normal for me.

 

Press S and it will put you in HI as your wings are folded, if you press A it will turn off nose wheel steering.

 

do a cleanup and repair to rule out any possible corruption and retest. Do you still see the same?
