Current Warthog HOTAS Availability UK

Hi Guys

 

I've just got back into the sim after a couple of years off and wanted to finally get a Warthog HOTAS. However, it appears they are pretty much out of stock with all major UK retailers...especially the ones who were/are charging c£350 etc.

 

Has anyone else noticed? It doesn't seem sensible to buy them as separate parts..

Do they go out of stock like this from time to time? Or is there a new model/version in the pipes i should know about before i start looking at a 2nd hand one?

Box.co.uk have removed their product page for it. Over lockers out of stock, scan showing overdue by two months. Curry’s our of stock too.

 

Just didn’t want to buy it from someone I’ve never heard of and at a premium of 60-100 quid.

Most people who buy/own a TM WH are flightsim enthusiasts that respect its value and generally are careful with it. Buying 2nd hand will save you quite a bit of money, which you can then use for.. let's say, the Viper? :)

 

I bought my TMWH, Rift cv1, Saitek pro pedals and G27 all 2nd hand and never had any issues with any of them. For all the money I saved buying those items second hand, I will soon buy a next gen HMD. Sure you need to be careful buying online, but it can really pay off.

 

If you really want a new one, here in The Netherlands we have plenty in stock that will probably sell to the UK (better be quick though before Brexit :P)
