DerekSpeare Posted October 7, 2019 Posted October 7, 2019 If you push on the CRS knob on the HSI, it will flash a "BRT" on it. That is for adjusting the HSI brightness (use mouse scroll wheel). The manual does not address this. Please include it. Thank you! Frederf Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 The HDG knob has a function to adjust the gyroscopic heading but only when the INS is operating in attitude-only mode. An example of attitude-only mode is when scrambling without an alignment or INS failure (AUX flag visible).
