HOTAS Cougar CMS switch non functioning

Hi gents,

 

 

Installed Rudel's cougar profile for the F-16 and everything works as advertised besides de CMS switch.Whatever i do,it doesn't do anything.I checked in the controls menu but get no response while pushing that button.

The strange thing however is when i use a combo with that switch,it reacts.

For example:CMS up is for countermeasures up(but doesn't work),but pinky+cms up is for kneeboard(and that works).

So the switch still works,only i get no response...

Anyone got any suggestions?

I've checked and turns out that it is a bug on my Profile ... you need to define the following commands on your DCS Controls section for the F-16:

 

Countermeasures_Management_Switch-Aft = {LCTL m}

Countermeasures_Management_Switch-Fwd = {LALT m}

Countermeasures_Management_Switch-Left = {LSHF m}

Countermeasures_Management_Switch-Right = {RCTL m}

 

This is needed because DCS has not provided default keyboard commands for the CMS (the Cougar behaves like a keyboard)
