Key bind descriptions

I've been looking through the key binds for a couple of acft that I have. There are titles of key binds that I have no idea what they are meant to do. I don't know if it's a language thing but I am at a loss.

 

Does DCS produce a document that explains what the key bind was programmed to do?:book:

Manual for each plane or Chuck guides.

 

BTW - Different aircraft may use different name for same control. :)
