Adding skins to the Viper

Hey everyone,

 

Iv'e downloaded some skins and can't see them in mission planner for some reason.

 

I have installed them to C:\Users\*User Name*\Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\F-16C_50

 

(I didn't had the "Liveries" folder to begin with so iv'e created it)

 

Help will be appreciated.

Should work. Make sure you didn't drop F-16C_50 inside of F-16C_50, only the livery folders.

Shouldn't it be DCS.openbeta folder?

Ok, so my problem is that the skin shows up in the drop down menu but the thumbnail skin isn't on the aircraft or when I start the mission. Any ideas? It's obviously pointing at the right place for it to show up if it's there right?

 

The same goes with other skins for different aircraft. Not sure where to go from here. Folder named FA-18C_hornet in Saved games doesn’t work at all. Only when I change it to FA-18C does it load skins but not any of my new ones

EDIT Ok, so for the most part, rebooting the pc made most appear, apart from the hornet skins
