junior_g Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 Hello, After updating to the latest version yesterday, for some reason the C&I page on the DED doesn't show up anymore. If I hit the COM1 or COM2 buttons on the UFC panel, the corresponding page is shown in the DED, but when I hit RTN, it just goes blank again. I tried loading several different missions. Whether I do a cold start, or the plane is already started up at mission start has no impact. DED is not working properly. Any suggestions, or is this a bug? Thanks
Frederf Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 I do not see this. From cold start: main power switch main power, engine started, MMC and UFC switches on CNI page displays as expected within a short time.
junior_g Posted October 20, 2019 Author Posted October 20, 2019 A reinstall of the Viper fixed the issue. Something must have gotten messed up, as I installed two new terrains right before it stopped working. Thanks!
Bog9y Posted March 27, 2020 Posted March 27, 2020 I had the exact same thing after messing with Kneeboard creator and I made a mission with Combat Flite. I'll try a reinstall
Bog9y Posted March 28, 2020 Posted March 28, 2020 FIXED IT! Fixed it by running an integrity check via Steam (because Steam does not do REPAIR). It was the Kneeboard creator program that was causing the problem. As soon as i did not use that to create a kneeboard the problem was solved and my DED is working again!
