I just upgraded my computer memory and now my game won't accept activation. It's saying that I have activated the game too many times. Is there anyway I can get a new activation key or some type of work around? Also, my website account has been deleted so there is no way I can access any of the info from my purchase.

I emailed support but that was days ago and no one has gotten back to me. Are they just trying to make me buy the game again or are they trying to make me not want to buy anything else from them?

2Smart, sorry about the delay. When did you first email them? I will send a PM to make sure they are aware of your issue. Unfortunately, I doubt anything can be done before early next week, as the office is closed for the weekend. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
