Shmal Posted November 11, 2019 Posted November 11, 2019 I'm wondering! Is it only me alone who half a year have been seing an issue with loosing heat signature of MiG-21 while afterburner is on? AIM-9P almost not able to lock the 21th with afterburner! And of course i've got much more real situations in fighting with MiG-21 on Cold War server! And i may to prove it! We just didnt have time to look into that yet. Sideburns Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 This seems to still be an issue, tonight while flying with another F5 against a MiG21 it was incredibly tricky to get the sidewinder to track the MiG rather than the F5.
