krel01 Posted November 5, 2007 Posted November 5, 2007 Just a question: If I split a movie in the timeline over and over for taking stuff in and out etc. After saving the project in VEGAS. Is it possible to get rid of the splitmarks in the timeline in VEGAS? I mean if I don't need them anymore for editing. Greetings krel01 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
ED Team Glowing_Amraam Posted November 5, 2007 ED Team Posted November 5, 2007 Hmm, well, actually, i dont know... I never have this problem. :P But in any case, if you have made many splits in the clip, and want it to be 1 long clip again, just cut out everything except for 1 part, which you just drag all the way to the right and extend the clip. Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but i can't really see why you would want to remove the splits anyway, as it doesn't really do anything to the footage. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgJRhtnqA-67pKmQ3A2GsgA ED youtube channel https://www.facebook.com/glowingamraam My facebook page
krel01 Posted November 5, 2007 Author Posted November 5, 2007 Thanks for your quick response GA! Yeah - this is what I want - move lots of splits to the right to extend the movie in the timeline. It's no tragedy - I can insert "time" and got my free space where I want it. I was just wondering if there is something I missed. Thanks again! PS: My first movie should be done pretty soon. Feel free to let me know what you think when it's out. Greetings krel01 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
graywo1fg Posted November 6, 2007 Posted November 6, 2007 I think the only way is to render that series of clips into one :P Voice of Jester AI Death From Above =DFA= Squadron Discord - https://discord.gg/deathfromabove http://www.twitch.tv/graywo1f https://www.youtube.com/user/Lonewo1fg
