Splitmarks in VEGAS

Just a question:

 

If I split a movie in the timeline over and over for taking stuff in and out etc.

After saving the project in VEGAS.

Is it possible to get rid of the splitmarks in the timeline in VEGAS?

I mean if I don't need them anymore for editing.

Hmm, well, actually, i dont know... I never have this problem. :P

 

But in any case, if you have made many splits in the clip, and want it to be 1 long clip again, just cut out everything except for 1 part, which you just drag all the way to the right and extend the clip.

 

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but i can't really see why you would want to remove the splits anyway, as it doesn't really do anything to the footage.

Yeah - this is what I want - move lots of splits to the right to extend the movie in the

timeline. It's no tragedy - I can insert "time" and got my free space where I want it.

I was just wondering if there is something I missed.

PS: My first movie should be done pretty soon. Feel free to let me know what you think when it's out.

I think the only way is to render that series of clips into one :P
