TMS On X52 HOTAS

Ok, I am trying to get TMS to work on my X52. I have the View buttons mapped in game but no matter what i do I cannot get TMS to work. I am using the POV Up/Down/Left/Right switch which is a 4 way switch that returns to center. I think what I need is to make it so when i hit TMS up the game thinks that button is staying up instead of going back to center. Any ideas??

Do you use the X52 software? I'm using the X52 without software and have no issues. I use the coolie hat for trim and the left 4-way switch for TMS.

I only use it so I can use the pinkie switch in the sim. Other than that I dont think i have the coolie hat mapped to anything in the x52 software.

i set it up like you said and it works. Must be something to do with the other coolie hat being a view button? what button did you set up to get into ACM Mode? or dogfight mode? I used button 3 but it wont work.

I've put the dogfight mode on the throttle. Using the buttons D and i on the right side of the throttle for dogfight and missile override. I'll send you my profile if you want.

I can't get TMS Up to work either on my Saitek Evo. It maps to the stick button but I can never get a radar lock on a target.

Make sure you long press the button. Sometimes it takes a second for mine to show a lock.
