TGP problem with area/point track mode

Hi all. It is just me, or after today patch it's impossible to put the TGP in inertial, area or point track mode (TMS UP)?

 

 

I tried with different missions where it was working fine. Now i cannot find a way to lock the TGP crosshairs over an area, or an object.
