Advanced WP options for ships - No change waypoint?

So obviously there is no advanced option to change WPs for ships. Any scripting to implement this?

 

I'm trying to create a radio command that can slow down the CV to 5 kts during flight ops, then speed it back up to 25 kts for recovery.

 

Ideas?

The missing options to change waypoint for ships is indeed a long standing issue that needs to be addressed by ED.
