Issue with non functioning trigger on Warthog HOTAS via Gullaume's profile

Good morning techies,

 

Got a quick question. I ran the Thrustmaster TARGET software and upload the .tmc created by Gullaume off the user files page and this is the output once loaded up. Are there any USB/HID device experts who can tell me what the errors are for?

 

When I start up DCS after I've loaded the profile the cannon trigger in both detents works and after one pass and a pullup, both the trigger and my keyboard die. image attached and thank you in advance

Additionally, he said it ran flawlessly in Open Beta. I'm running the commercial release DCS World. 2 questions...if I were to download OB should I remove DCS World first and re-install freshly? Might that help things out with the device issues?

I don't know anything about your device issues. It looks like you have a TMWH. You shouldn't need to use any TARGET scripts for basic control mapping in DCS

 

 

You don't need to delete your current DCS install, nor download the OpenBeta as a separate entity. There is a version management program in (DCS Root)/bin/DCS_Updater.exe which can easily 'convert' your current installation into the Beta.

I don't see any error here.

Please share the script so we can check it.

 

"xxx cannot be found" isn't an error. It is just that the script include a device that you do not have connected to your pc.

Here is the .tmc's location...https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3300626/. I've found that once the profile is loaded into TARGET and then I start the game if I load the AXIS.diff into my rudder column i can fly and not have the cannon ever fail however, the left throttle is now stuck in the 85% position. Once I reassign the AXIS.diff to the Virtual column, I can pull the cannon trigger once and then the keyboard and the gun both stop working.
