It seems there is a strange issue with the left wheel brake. At anything above dead slow the left wheel brake becomes vastly less effective than the right wheel brake. Combining this with the fact that disengaging anti skid and switching to channel 2 brakes makes them both balanced, means I think there might be some anti skid issue going on.
