Coalition Utility Mod location?

I've seen various posts here about it and how it allows you to change coalitions on already created missions. However, when I click the links, they do not lead anywhere. How do you change coalitions if you already created a mission?

I don't really have any answers for why it was deleted, I just know the thread with the updated version (created by uboats) was deleted and the older out of date version was also deleted.
