NVG rework

The whole NVG system could do with reworking, but I will specifically talk about zooming with NVGs.

 

Could we have it so that when you zoom with NVGs the size of the NVG stays the same rather than scaling with the screen. ie zooming out will make the NVG occupy less of the screen and zooming in will make it occupy more.

This change would allow us to zoom out to 'look under' the NVG as they do irl.
