[MISSING TRACK FILE] while in TWS vertical acquisition dont work

i noticed that while in TWS mode, if i have to hurry and switch to vertical acquisition mode , it doesnt work.

i have to push the button on MFD to return radar in RWS mode, then i can use vertical mode again.

boresight acquisition mode seem to work, so i suppose its a bug ?

 

a way of fast switch vertical mode without have to go down and look DDI and press a button there is much needed !

Works for me. While in TWS, SCS Fwd takes me to ACM Bore and after that SCS Aft enters VACQ normally.

 

EDIT: Do you have the JHMCS enabled? If so, you need to go through WACQ before you can switch to VACQ. It's a long standing (possible) issue.

yep, passing to bore it works, but passing directly from TWS to vertical mode dont.

i dont even have a key for boresight (i'm on a poor man joystick and i use hatswitch to look around)

You're not supposed to be able to enter vertical mode directly. First, you must press SCS Fwd to enter the ACM modes and Boresight is automatically entered. Then you press SCS Aft to enter Vertical. (Or SCS Left to enter Wide and then SCS Aft for Vertical, if you have the JHMCS enabled).

In AA mode, if you press SCS Aft outside of ACM, you're just going to transfer TDC Priority to the AMPCD.
