TM WH Throttle Microphone Push not working in DCS World

I have been using the TM WH throttle for I don't know how many years and the Microphone Push button (JOY_BTN2) has always worked correctly.

Now I realize that it has developed a problem:

When I'm in the control bindings screen it's working, and when I test the throttle in Windows the button is working too. But when I use the button in game, e.g. for COMM Push-to-talk, the game does not react to pushbutton activation.

I fail to understand how this is possible and would appreciate any advice.

Edit: Here is the punch line:

The problem only occurs in the Open Beta. In the stable release version, the button works perfectly. I need to post a bug under the 2.5 thread.
