Newbie to mods has questions

i've been playing lock on for sometime now. on and off. i've never tried using mods before, so i have a few questions to ask

 

i'm interested in the ground pounder terrian, a-10a weapons mod, and airbase ground text mod.

 

1. is modman a downloadable program used to install mods?

 

2. would my ati mobility radeon x600 (128 mb) video card handle these mods? i have graphics set to a little higher than medium. 1440x900 res.

 

3. are the airbase ground text and ground pounder mods available in all seasons now?

 

4. in relation to my video card for the airbase mod, high or extreme download?

 

5. are all these mods downloadable from lockonfiles.com?

 

and any install tips would be greatly appreciated for any 3 of these mods.

5.) some beta are out, not the full version.
