Switching PP and RP for C-802AKG in MP and SP missions.

SMS panel for C-802AKG (TV version) don't allow switch/change PP points in COO mode. PP point is successfull loaded from F10 map (or manualy added from UFC), but in SMS only point #36 is shown ( in DATA->DST the points #36,37,38,39 is exists and fullfiled). Same issue with MAN mode, don't allow change and show RP point (RP #30,31,32,34,35 has loaded successfull).

This issue is no different in MP or SP missions.

 

Quick manual description

"C-802AKG has three launch modes: DIR, COO and MAN. In DIR mode, missile fly to SPI directly. In

COO mode missile will attack PP point (choose from No. 36-39). For MAN mode, missile will fly

through RP points (waypoint No. 30-35)."

I was having issues in MP after rearming the missiles would not fire, the "RDY" would be crossed. Eventually I tried pressing the OSBthat corresponds to A/S1 and then on the subpage choose the pylon corresponding to the weapon i wanted to fire, let's say A/S3. After that it worked like a charm.

 

Tried it out and see what happens.

Ooh. That makes a twisted amount of sense (as far as slightly buggy behaviours and their work-arounds go). Maybe it's just a side-effect of the issue where changing a program would not always “stick” properly unless you went through a bit of button-voodoo: the weapon doesn't register as ready because the poor firing computer is confused about what is actually activated and with what parameters?

 

I seem to recall reading a fix in the works (or maybe in already) where the whole release program setup/change issue was resolved — it'll be interesting to see if that clears up some of these not-ready issues as well.

Can confirm the PP switching problem, reporting to the team. Thanks.

 

MAN mode has no problem after inserting new RP point(30-35), SMS will automatic recognize new route and display in the window.
