HOTAS MIC switch only responding in the DCS control setup menu

As the title says.

My TM Warthog HOTAS MIC switch does not respond when I'm ingame. When I press escape during a mission and enter the controls menu, it responds perfectly. So I'm able to bind it to my liking, but as soon as I step into an aircraft it just won't respond.

Does anyone have any clue what might be wrong?

I'm not using TARGET. I've just bound all buttons and switches using the controls menu and everything else is working just fine.

Just in case, I'm talking about this switch (number 1 mic switch):

Edit:

Nevermind!

Just found out that I had some stuff bound on the MIC switch in the UI menu. Should have investigated better before opening this thread. My appologies
