C 701 will not release

Anyone else have an issue with this? C701 powered on, completely aligned, Master arm is on, range is 8.9 nm, "Track" is flashing, red diamond over target and cross hair flashing, missile will not come off rail no matter what I do. Also carry BRM's in the same sortie. Those work just fine. What gives?

Did U over G the missile and get a Red symbol on SMS？

No, I had SMS open and no red symbol appeared. "WPN READY" displayed on HUD as well.

Here is a track file. I lock on, you can see "RDY" with a cross through it on the SMS, but all other indications are missile should be ready to go.

 

I then switch to BRM and hit the target no problem.

Try rebind the weapon launch key, the key definition has been updated recently, some people might get the key binding issue.

And watch out for not creating too much off boresight angle, try keeping the aiming circle inside HUD(or just below the HUD).

1. C701 has no aiming circle, but the track will show at one point I put the target on the boresight cross

2. It can't be weapon release binding, because the same key is used to launch BRM, which in the track you can see I am able to do successfully.

Sorry, the TRK did not playback correctly on my side, I've tried twice, no lockon achievd.

 

But I've tired taken control at about 15NM and manual track the target, this time the first missile won't be able to fire either. So I step to the next pylon, and that 701 correctly fired. Maybe there is something wrong with the mission file.

After further testing, we found something may cause the problem. In air start missile some time the C701 remain crossed out after full alignment, so U won't be able to release the missile.

If you manually select a different weapon program(LEFT MFCD U1),like AS2 the cross will be removed, and U will be able to launch.

 

Also the miss HUD symbol is a bug too.
