Plane decals draw above fog/clouds...

I created a short mission just to let my sons watch a battle in 3rd person when I noticed that decals do not fade when an aircraft is in the clouds. (Specifically the Russian Star on the SU-25/T)

 

This was using the F4 key to cycle external aircraft views.
